Advocate Construction was hired to remove and replace the roof and/or siding of a property near you due to a recent weather event caused damage. Right now, we are working directly with their insurance company to finalize a scope of work. Then construction will begin.

Over the course completing more than 20,000 projects, we have learned that construction can sometimes create noise and disturbances that impacts neighbors. For this reason, we now make it a standard operating procedure to ensure the surrounding neighbors have our contact info in case a project creates any temporary challenges or frustrations for them, such as:

• Loose construction debris blown in and/or around your property.
• Disturbance or disruption from one of the material suppliers’ delivery trucks.
• Construction equipment blocking access temporarily to your driveway.
• Crew members personal vehicles parked in a place that is inconvenient for you.
